   Hey bpatrick! The Magicians is really interesting. The basic question it answers is: what would happen if a fantasy-novel reader actually managed to get into a magic school?

   As to whether it’s good, It’s definitely not for everyone; the main character is terrible and self-destructive, but I think you might appreciate it. Certainly resonated with me.
