   Awesome. The matchbook trick…it was between channel 30 and 31 without a cable box…hope there’s a Mr. Moon’s Magic Circus reference coming.

   I think you’re the first person I’ve spoken with who remembers this! People ask me, “Why a matchbook?” I wasn’t sure but for all I knew it was the key to the magic and I didn’t want to risk it. I was told matchbook and so I used a matchbook.

   The matchbook was necessary to put pressure on the dial and allow it to be held in position between two channels.

   Yeah, but why a matchbook specifically and not just a wad of paper? I didn’t ask at the time. I just accepted the formula as it was given to me.
